Yep you guessed it... We are down for repair. My hard drive crashed and burned and a friend of ours tried to retrieve all my info and sadly I have lost it ALL!!!! Thank heavens for what I have stored on my blog!!! All the pics of my kids I had not printed or stored on disks, GONE! I have decided that throwing myself on the floor and crying like a baby would feel good but not help so I am being tuff and taking it "like a man!" Sorry I will not be by to comment. I am at my Sisters today but can not come every day for the next two or three weeks. We have to send our tower away to HP for a couple of weeks. Layne and I are talking about buying me a lap top. I do not know how soon that will happen so hopefully we will be back soon. I have so many fun things going on right now and want to blog about them...BUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry....and I wish you lived here because the guy that fixed mine (and my mom's and Micah's) after crashes was able to get back ALL the pictures....I don't know how, but the guy is amazing and can do just about ANYTHING with a computer! I wish you lived closer so you could go to him....I know he could get your pictures back because they are still on there....you just have to know how to get to them, and I have no clue. Oh dang! That is a huge bummer!!! Hope you're able to retrieve your stuff. We are so dependant on computers because they're wonderful when they work, but they totally piss me off when they don't. I will cry like a baby with you.
Oh, what a sad sad story. I am so sorry. I can't even imagine! I'd just go ballistic. Thank goodness for the blog. At least a lot of your important stuff is saved there.

You know, this should be a lesson to all of us. We count on our computers too much for picture storage. Stuff happens. I know I am going to download my pictures now on cd. So sorry. It makes me sick just thinking about it.

I keep checking back to see if you are back....so sad you are not. I would go through major withdrawals if that ever happened to me....which is probably not a good thing! :)
