WHAT DID YOU SAY???

Lightning was roaming the kitchen this morning looking very lost. I asked him what he was doing?
"Looking for something to eat Mom."
"Lightning there is tons to eat. We have waffles and cereal and cereal bars and yogurt and eggs. I think you should be able to pick something!" His reply was not really a smart one for such a small being!
He said, "Mom the BREAKFAST menu needs to change around here!!"
"Excuse me, I am sure you did not just say that to me!!!!!!!"

ROFL!! That is hilarious! I've often felt that my kids think I'm running a restaurant. I guess yours do too?

LOL!!! Ummm tell him he's lucky, the menu around here for breakfast on a weekday morning is cereal, cereal, and more cereal, maybe a frozen waffle, but not that often. AND most of the time if Corbin can't make up his mind in a minute, he's outta luck and I start pouring whatever I grab first for him.

He needs to come to my house and see what my kids fix themselves for breakfast! Nothing frozen and I dont get up to make anything either! Its granola or cheerios every day! He would be really greatful after that! You are nicer than I am in the mornings!

All that food sounds a lot better than the menu at my house. I forget to eat breakfast...tell him he's welcome to try my house out for a week!
