I Have a Blog??

No I have not joined FB, so that's not the reason I have not been blogging. I have been buried in house projects and life in general. Even if you not interested here is what I have been doing.
Lightning and Bubba got a new bedroom set. I love that it is a desk, dresser, and two beds all in one. Lightning is hiding on his top bunk. The rooms are not not all the way done yet but you get the idea. These boys room has a surfer/beach theme and I have not figured out how to finish it off yet.

Here's the girls room. They are all three together. Little H has been missing out on some fun girl bonding time and I want all three of them to be close, not just Miss M and Sissy. This room is going to get a Mary Engelbreit make over as soon as I can cheaply find what I am looking for. Until then it's hodge podge. Can you see it, the yellow bunk beds, green walls and all things black red and polka dotted? I am going to have a few pics I've taken of them put on canvas and hung above their beds.

This is Wild thing's room which also doubles as the play room and home theatre. Yep we do it up fancy around here. It works and now they have more space to play. The walls were pink before and it was Miss M and Sissy's room. Let's face it, I am not a pink girl and never have been. I thought I could take it but I couldn't. So along with rearranging all three children's rooms in my house I painted over the pink. I had help My friend M came over and because Layne was working, my brother Nelson came and did all the man work. I even got the garage semi organized in order to store the crib and bed we took down to make room for our much needed changes.

Here we are this morning chilling to the Little Einsteins. I hardly post pics of me on my blog and when I do it's me in my not even jammie's clothes with no make up. Nice huh? My husband thought he was funny taking these shots. Thanks Little H for covering 1/2 of Mommy's face.

I did not get time to get my SMILE list in but, all these changes make me smile and so does all the time we spent as a family this weekend. Mondays are Daddy's day off and we had fun spending it with him. Now I am trying to find low cost fun things to do for spring break coming up so if you have any ideas, let me know.
