A word that is immediately an action. I know January is almost over and last year I did not pick a word. This year I have finally chosen my word.
Some thing so simple,that seems so easy, but is not always easy is what I chose.I need to SMILE more!!!
My children need to see me smile more!!
So I am going to smile even when I do not want to.
There is amazing power in a smile for those who give a smile and those who receive a smile.
This year I am going to test the power of a smile.

What a GOOD word! Just what I need since I am up and going on only 3 hours of sleep!
