I read a blog the other day where a married woman with no kids begged blogging Moms to stop discussing potty training on our blogs and to basically step it up with some more interesting material. Guess what? This is my blog and I happen to believe that getting a child potty trained is a HUGE accomplishment for Mom and child and deem it very blog worthy. If you are not interested in my potty training stories or others please opt out of reading that post . When you finally have child and get to potty training you then will know what hard work it is and what a milestone it is in a kids life. With that said guess who is potty training and loving it?
My Bubba is. He has it down during the day. He is still wet at night. That will come . The most frustrating part is that he thinks the toilet and the water inside are for play. It goes like this,
Step 1: pee
Step 2: wipe
Step 3: flush
Step 4: get play bowl out of bath tub and remove all the water out of the toilet onto the bathroom floor
step 5: close door and walk away so Dad can be surprised at the mess when he heads into the bathroom an hour later.
Who said Potty training is not fun????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GROSS! I'm so sorry:( I'm not looking forward to that stage.
Love the pic though:)
Oh boy is right! Cute pic. And you're right, non-mommy's can go somewhere else. I do when I don't want to read about their cat.
Oh that just irks me! If someone doesn't like what you are writing about...WHY ARE THEY READING IT? I just don't understand some people! And yay for the potty training...someday Gabe will be there...but for now I am chaning 3 poopy little butts numerous times during the day! Hey...just had a thought! I could totally make a post about poop and you could send that boring no kids person my way! :0 Oh wait...I'm private...nevermind, but it would be really funny! :)
Fun potty times! Gavin still isn't trained at night but now refuses to wear a diaper. Who wouldn't want to read about all that?
It's hilarious when people complain about what others write on their blogs. If they don't like it, why do they read it?! Totally confusing for me!
Yeah for potty training! It is a huge thing! Yeah Bubba!
I'm glad my girls aren't the only kids who thought it was fun to play in the toilet water. Ewwwwwww!
POTTY TRAINING IS a B.I.G. deal!
especially for boys! Time for a potty trained party when he is all done:)
Keep up the good work Bubba:)
