CATCHING UP!!

OK, This is life in no particular order.We had a lot going on the last few weeks that may not be that exciting to you but it is my life and I am documenting it.

Dad's are funny creatures and do not pay attention to detail and now I have proof. While really no big deal but very obvious to me and others.The doggy PJ's do not belong to Baby H! The cute green ones do not belong to Smiley! I do have very cute cross dressers though. Let's just hope this is not the start of any patterns. Haley's face is priceless and she was not to excited to have her picture taken in the boy clothes.

We have new carpet in my bedroom and family room!! YEAH!!!! Who leaves old flooring under new???? The more we see the more we are unimpressed with the lies told us by the previous owner. Nothing catastrophic has happened but you should have seen my brother fixing his plumbing and wireing mess during our bathroom remodel. What a joke!! My brother had a few choice words for the previous owners!

This is the end result and we are very happy:):):) I should have shown you my nasty old stained carpet but well, I have too much pride! I just could not get the stains out. We used a company called Media Floors. The owner showed up with a very nice upgrade in padding and said he had it left over and then went to check on another job. I was talking with his men and saying how nice it was of him to think of us and let us get this free upgrade in padding. The guy talking with me said that the padding was not left over from another job they had just picked it up that morning in it's original wrap. What a FABULOUS man... he did not have to do that for us but I am so grateful!! I have top of the line pad for a not so top of the line price!


This is what you get when you race your Sister on tile floors and trip over each others feet! This activity does not come highly recommended by Sissy!

Sissy does however love to wait for the bus with her little buddies. I am so glad she is loving school and well the talking is sure coming along. We can not seem to keep her quiet anymore. A double edged sword for sure. I am really proud of her progress though even if it means I have a little more distracting of Sissy to try and do during the day. She is my little shadow.

Poor girl is having a hard time right now. Life is a little confusing and scary for her because of her visits and comments being made there. We are doing our very best to make it easier on her.
SURPRISE!!!!!! It worked, I pulled it off!!!! He actually had no clue until we pulled up in front of his Sisters house and he saw my parents car. I even had help from my friend Melissa getting Lightning and Miss Mto the party so they could be in on the surprise. No really small ones from my house were invited. So nice to have a great night off!
We had a great party. My Sista -in-law Connie, her friend Gail and my Sista-in -Law Denice did all the yummy food for me. I could not have done better if I had had it catered. We had some Costa Vida pork. MMMMM SCRUMPTIOUS!!!! Layne got some pretty funny gifts. He got some boxers with an funny comment strategically placed about not "getting it up"(is this blog pg???) and his own homemade proctology exam kit. We have great friends and we are very grateful for them!
