is officially ours!!! Yes please feel free to hoot and holler, we have been doing it all day. Today was her day and we could not feel more blessed! Adopting out of foster care, or adoption period is not for the faint of heart. The road is long. The blessing worth every hurdle! Little Lady WE LOVE YOU!!! Welcome home!
