OOOOOOhh Doggy!

It's not like we needed another pet around here. We already had two of your kind and were happy. But when I saw you little Miss Betsy I knew you were ours. I knew you could help mend a little boys heart. Mothers have great intuition you know. And help mend a heart you have. We were so happy to surprise him with you. It was explained from the get go that you are all his.(the other two are community property) I am not a fan of pets roaming the house and bunking with humans. I made an exception for you. He gets you day and night if needed. He never has to feel alone. He struggles with so many things that I just felt you could help him with. You do not require anything of him, you never say no, you cuddle with him when he is sad or mad, and he never feels alone with you around. He did not go to his room once the entire first week you lived with us, and goes there much less often now. I think you are helping, just as I had hoped. He had that birthday come and go at the beginning of the month and would not let me take pictures. I asked today if you came along would he be willing to sit for a few Birthday picks. To my utter amazement I actually got a yes. Thank you for helping him with out even saying a word. Best Birthday present yet.
