Is what I heard as Bubba made his way into the kitchen with a hand full of blood he was catching from his chin. I dialed my Sis-in-law Connie as I got a wet rag to clean him up. Connie came to our rescue AGAIN as I headed to urgent care. The first one I went to was closed till the afternoon so we made a McDonald's run for the poor guy who did not get lunch and then called the pediatrician, who of coarse would not see him and wanted me to go to the ER. NO way..... I found another Urgent Care with no one waiting and in no time he was all fixed up.
He was such a trooper. Not to bad as far as gashes go.
He needed his little penguin to make him feel better.
He was doing great until they numbed it and then he just wanted to touch it because it felt funny. He held really still for the injections and the stitches. That's my boy!!
All DONE......
So after wrestling with the bathroom sink and loosing. Getting numb, getting stitches, and going to see Daddy and being rewarded with a Costco yogurt he had had enough so it was time to rest.Busy day can wear a feller out. Doesn't he look great in his Sisters pink car seat?
I had a quiet day at home planned. Guess it really is never up to me. I should be used to it by now.....

Poor baby.
Looks exactly like one Connor got in the exact same place. What is it about chins?
your little wild man sounds just like my little wild man! They can compare stitches when they get bigger! :) What a cutie though....and you are a brave momma to deal with it....I personally go into shock and about pass out myself! :) And as for a quiet day at home....what is that????
You never cease to amaze me! Whenever I need a pick up, I just read your blog. Sure do love you! :) By the way--where did you get that song "Power of His Touch?" Have to have it. . . jb
I'm so sorry that I missed hearing about this until you were already at Costco. I could have helped you out...
Bubba is one tough kid! :) Glad that he's man enough to take it to the mat with the sink, deal with the pain AND hang out in a pink seat. What a guy!
Poor little guy:(
