What's Up???

At my house. I'll tell ya what's up, and I don't like it....First off a couple posts back we remember I had to have my car towed and repaired. Well today I am blow drying my hair and I hear crackling and popping and a zing down my arm and I look in the mirror and my dang blow dryer is shooting a flame periodically out it's nozzle. NO JOKE. I turned it off and dropped it and then unplugged the darn thing and through it in the trash. So not convenient, as I had a dental appt. So I loaded my hair with mouse thinking maybe a eighties do would have to be my retro look for the day. Then I quickly remembered the lonely flat iron in the drawer and quickly put all that product to work for me in the form of very fluffy straight hair do. I am a genius, you know??

I then headed to the Dentist where I waited 40 minutes to be seen for a ten minute filling and the joy of being numb for 1/2 the day. They almost made me late for the girls swimming lessons. I made it by the hair of my chiny, chin, chin. That would make my day. Finding hair on my chin that is....On the way there I notice a light on the dashboard come on. Not the light I wanted to see!!!!

I am sure it has something to do with my emissions which are due next month by the way. It always happens that way, so we will be visiting our friends at the repair shop again so we can send the government some of our hard earned cash for registration. I am doing my part for the economy, right???
Speaking of hard earned cash, our refrigerator is acting up and last night we defrosted our "NO defrost" refrigerator/Freezer hoping it will solve the water accumulation problem we are having inside the refrigerator. Our freezer has no ice build up what so ever, so we are concerned about the water leaking in to our fridge and then freezing and melting. A new fridge was NOT in the budget either so let's hope we fixed our problem. My fingers are crossed by the way!!

If I have to get one I wouldn't mind this version . The one I have is fine though, and I would love it if it would just PLEEEAAAASE dedicate a few more years to our service. They say when it rains it pours right. Who ever "they" are. We are headed to the movie "UP" for FHE and so while my kiddos are still asleep I am going to sleep off my worries with a power nap.

I hate it when things like that happen.. yeh-- it's all a part of life, and I still don't like it.
