It was ok to actually drive your kid to school looking like a social outcast, hoping you don't get stopped for any reason.By social out cast cast I mean no brazziere, hokey pj's, and one sock on(fixing my foot)
I did this morning.....
Wish that your kid could not get suspended from riding the bus for an entire week because he is just to playful. Then you wouldn't even have to worry about what you wear for a short drive to the school.
That your bedroom was a little bit bigger.
It did not matter to me when we bought the house because I LOVE my kitchen, but now I wish I had room for my elliptical machine and a cute chair and lamp for reading.
In the grand scheme of things, I have bigger fish to fry so I'll live in a small master bedroom.
That every day could be started with a route 44 coke.
Not a brilliant idea for my PCOS plagued system, or anyone for that matter.
just wishing........
That my kids had a safer world to go out into every day. It is so over whelming sometimes to try to find ways to make a difference in the world they live in.I then have to remind myself that the difference I make
is made inside the the protective walls of my own home. I make a difference by who I help them become.
I can do this....
That this sweet girl would just
PLEASE
not be so stubborn about potty training.
She has no interest in it.If you ask her if she wants to pee on the toilet she quickly replies,
"NO, Lightning, Miss M, Sissy, Bubba, Mommy, Daddy." The list of those doing it all ready so why should she be bothered? Kills me,
Good thing she's so cute........
That's the only reason she's getting away with it!!!
Don't you wish?
I do............................

I so-o feel you on the potty training thing. I think my littlest gives me such grief because the other one was such a piece of cake. Defied all the odds... he was 2, I was pregnant, when he decided he was ready, he was ready, never any accidents, only took a day. I get the same resilience and he states with a smile, 'nope, not today!'
So, I keep on a wishin'.
Cute post.
I love that Little H lists all the people already potty trained as the reason why she doesn't need to do. Don't worry. Sometimes they just have to decide it on their own, and nothing you can do will work. I had two like that. Which kind of makes me a failure I guess since I only have two.
I love your kitchen too! I wish I had that big island.
Substitute that Coke for a Dr. Pepper.... YES! I DO! I am sure my Drs. would be on my case for that!
Hang in there....she'll do it....as you already know! It does stink when they have to be SO stubborn with something we want them to do SO much, doesn't it?! :)
Is it really not okay to drive the kids to school in pj's with no bra on? Because that is me every morning! :)
I remember driving to school and I started to slide down the hill. (It was snowing) I was in my pjs and I noticed they were turned inside out..Are you kidding me? Hey I survived.
They are totally in charge of potty training. They just tell you when its time.
