"Oh Mommy, It's Gonna Be a Beautiful Day!"

Don't we all love a little surprise every now again? The kind that makes you smile and makes your day a little brighter?
The Disneyland trip was a hit!!
I woke the girls up at 4:30am and started loading them in the car. It amazed me how fast they woke up an quickly figured out what was up. We were not even out of the driveway before they knew they were in for some fun times.
I loaded Sissy first and she hugged me fiercely and said, "Oh Mommy it's gonna be a beautiful Day!"
"Sissy why is today so beautiful?"
"Because ,we are going to Disneyland!"
C'mon? kiddo, couldn't we at least get down the road a little? Nope, She was on to me and quickly announced to each girl as I finished loading the car why it was "a beautiful day."
Our trip was fast and furious and was about all things girly
like.......
Posing for the cameras, A LOT,

Getting our faces's painted,

Riding our favorite rides. Even the ones that seem confusing at first,

Meeting our favorite Disney friends and even having breakfast with a few,

Tink is Little H's favorite. She saw her and ran for that hug.

We threw a few fits, yes even I did when I was super tired and thought Sissy had wet her britches in my car. She had not . A good story, one for another post.

We celebrated my sweet Sisters Birthday in Disney style and she could not wipe the silly grin off her face. Wasn't that nice of Mickey to give her that nice note of thanks. In fact he decorated the whole park for her Birthday. It is a land of magic after all.......

P.S. I may have taken a few more pictures.......

I love it all! Sissy figuring it all out immediately, the glasses on Little H, so so fun. I'm so glad you got to go. Why can't I be more spontaneous like that?

Okay - so we think that we need to plan a big Cahan/Mortensen Disneyland Trip. Our kids all have so much of the same backgrounds that I think they'd get along fabulously!! Plus I think we have just about the same ages. And they'd tear up Disneyland. Think about it and let us know when you guys can go again. Our kids just went - right after you guys left and we had so much fun. Plus I LOVE, LOVE all the pictures you took. You are very talented!
