I love Layne so much. He is such a huge help and a great Daddy. This is what I saw as I headed through the family room to get ready for church. They were watching Aristocats. I ran and got my camera because I love catching these moments. I love that he will spend time with them and put himself in their world. He let's it be on their terms. Little H was sick today so he stayed home with her and Wild Thing.
Look what I found when I came home. Two happily fed children taking an uncomfortable counter top snooze. Poor things... Sadly it did not last long because the rest of the hooligans could not let them be. I have never seen them both like this at the same time. Usually it is just Wild Thing who takes a mini nap. We were also greeted with a hot lunch ready to eat compliments of our great Daddy. What a relaxing Sunday. We do not get many of these. It was so nice for a change. Hope yours was just as good!!
