UPDATE

We actually made it to the Zoo today, it was a last minute thing but it turned out great. I was babysitting Smileys Bio Brother and so that means I left the house with five kids under the age of four. Not something I hope to repeat very often. All I could think of when I saw the Giraffes eating so peacefully together is "Why can I not get my kids to eat like that? All off of one plate with no fighting and with little or no mess!" Oh well...It will never happen you know, all that manners and don't act like animals stuff and yet look how well those animals were handling meal time! My kids did great. We lost Lightning once and Miss M twice. UMMM???, Never done that before! Remembering that my parents left my Brother at a gas station in the middle of Idaho and were almost to the Utah border before they realized it and had to back track two hours to get him. Makes me not feel so bad about my few minutes with out my little ones. Man it scares the snot out of ya though!

Today I also realized that when it comes time to remove this binki from Baby H I am in for some serious TROUBLE! Whats up with the two binki habit and how did she get her greedy little paws on a second one?(sibling I am sure!) Oh by the way, never I mean never leave the binki attached to the days clothes or you can be sure she will be sleeping with her dirty clothes or whatever it is attached to. It's a good thing I am not in a hurry to do a binki-ectomy!!

I'm with you on the binki situation...you KNOW how much I rely on it w/ Gigantor! But NO WAY am I ready for that trauma!
I'm impressed that you went to the zoo...scary to lose the little people. We lost Little L at Disneyland the first time we went for about 3 minutes. I thought I would DIE! Mr. T also wandered off the last time we were there. YUCK!

You are so brave! What a fun time. And scary on losing the kids. I lost Tay once when he was young at the mall for a couple of minutes and freaked! And oh my gosh, your poor parents leaving your brother!

As for the binkie, I had one that loved them and one that didn't. I think he ended up chewing through the end, and then we told him it was broken and that was the end of that. Good luck when the time comes!

So cute with the double binki! And you are definitely brave to take 5 kids to the zoo alone! Whew! I lose my kids all the time! I actually bought a "Child Locator" that has an alarm that beeps when they get too far away!

Oh yes - I am already dreading the 'passy-ectomy'. But looks like the zoo was fabulous!

Very cute pictures. Congrats on getting all the kids to the Zoo! I know what an awesome task that must have been.
All my kids were binki-babies. I didn't even bother with the taking away until they were 3.

You can do it when it's time. I never had the binky issue but we had other issues - bottles past 1yr and blankies. Be grateful it's not thumbs! Those you can never take away!!
Don't ya love the zoo? Beautiful weather and gives the kids a chance to run - although the losing thing isn't fun at all!! Glad you were all together for the ride home after an enjoyable day!!
