CATCHING UP

I have not felt like blogging at all this week and so now that I do I have a lot of catching up to do! I am going to try to make it short and sweet. Christmas was so fun this year. Even Baby H got into the spirit. she was so excited for her gifts. It was so fun to watch her excitement.

Both babies got a little ride along toy. Baby H could not be bothered to even finish removing the wrapping or let Daddy get it out of the box before trying to go for a ride. It was so fun to watch her try and figure things out.

She really tried to get on it while it was still half wrapped and packaged. When that did not work she assumed the "stink bug' position and tried to back on to it. Much to her dismay neither one worked!
AHHHHHHHHHHH Sweet victory!!!! Santa and his elf Uncle Damon Spent a few hours in the back yard on Christmas Eve. Santa left a note on the tree with a picture of the gift left there.
Lightning could not figure it out from the picture and thought maybe it was left behind this sheet used to keep possible peek-a-boos from spoiling the Surprise. He felt kind of silly when he pulled his head out and realized it was a trampoline!
Look at his poor freezing face. He did not care He was so excited to see that Santa delivered what was asked for. He even said " It's a good thing I believe!"
Everyone got in on the fun. I am surprised no one fell, the tramp was wet with morning dew.
Miss M was not happy at all with being cold and just wanted off and her "mean" Dad was a little to chipper in teasing her, making her think she was not allowed to get off and go get warm clothes on. Seriously, check out that evil grin. Smiley spent the morning with his Bio family and got to open his gifts later in the day and was not about to share his Tonka with his little Sister. She won and he ended up riding her princess toy.

That war rages every day at our house. I have thought twice about my gift choices in this area, but not in the movie arena. I did good there, because you see this picture below ... This kind of harmony and attention from all five at the same time has never happened before and may never happen again. Baby H was even interested in the movie. Way to go MOM!!!!
I asked for a hutch I found at Rustic Hutch and while it was obviously not under the tree it did make it's arrival at my house today And I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Christmas day we got to visit with both sides of the family. It was so fun to play with cousins and chat with family. Nothing in life really compares to these times and I can not wait to do it all again next year!!

Christmas WAS fun huh?! And YAY! You got your Hutch! I see that you couldn't wait for coupons though! Me neither sometimes, especially at Rustic Hutch...you see it once and that may be the last! BTW, I've been eyeing that one for 6 months now...wish I had the space! I'm glad you got it though, so now I can drool when I'm over there! HA!
