So many Halloween happenings going on at our house. We got the chance to go to Mama Nell's house for a super fun Halloween party on Saturday night. Sissy's Bio brothers live w/Mama Nell.
Baby H is Pooh's Honey Pot this year.

Smiley was my little Pirate. The Little ones did great!! I was so glad that their hats stayed on most of the night

Sneaky little candy hoarders hiding behind the big pumpkin outback, thinking they could eat all their candy w/out getting caught. Smart girls... it is always worth a try!!

Speaking of hoarding candy, this guy thought that all the candy that dropped out of the pinata belonged to him. They had two pinatas and he definitely scored in the candy department. What am I going to do w/all this candy it is not even Halloween yet?...YUCK!!!!!!!

We carved our pumpkins this afternoon . The kids had a blast cleaning that nasty goopy crap out of the inside. Do you remember those days? I remember that I used to love it. What was I thinking? I do love roasted pumpkin seeds, so hey the goopy mess does have a good purpose after all. Lightning wanted so badly to be the official carver of the pumpkins this year. Man this kid can not wait to use sharp knives. Should I be scared? (he he) GL had the honor of doing most of the carving, but the kids got all creative rights. Miss M 's pumpkin has flowers for eyes and the cute girl said " I want flowers on my pumpkin, I want it to be spooky." I just love these holiday traditions that are so much fun for the kids

Look at my little Honey Pot here trying to raid the candy jar. She is to little to take a swing at the pinatas, but never too young to sneak a treat or a whole bowl of treats for that matter.

FuN times! They look adorable in their costumes!
My sister's friends always go through the candy and pulls out a bunch to save for Christmas stockings and Easter (as you know, most candy has a shelf life of like a thousand years!). We end up throwing away a lot of the junk kind that is just sugar and wasted calories.
Looks like you guys had fun! They all look so cute in their costumes!
